These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of Photomation ("the Software") when you buy a license through our store (e.g. Lemon Squeezy) or our website.

1. Purchase and license

When you purchase a license, you agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) that accompanies the Software. The EULA sets out how you may use the Software. These Terms cover purchase, refunds, and related matters.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency and at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax) where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Lemon Squeezy); we do not store your full payment details.

3. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Photomation, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund -- no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, reply to your purchase receipt email or contact us using the information provided with the Software.

4. License key and activation

Your license key is tied to the terms you purchased (e.g. number of devices). You must not share your license key with others or use it beyond the permitted number of activations. We may revoke or limit access if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms or the EULA.

5. Updates and upgrades

Your one-time purchase includes lifetime free updates and lifetime upgrades:

• Updates: We provide free updates (bug fixes, compatibility, and feature improvements) for the Software. No update subscription or separate "update plan" is required.
• Upgrades: Your license includes all future versions of the Software (e.g. 1.x, 2.x, and later). We do not charge for major version upgrades; one price covers updates and upgrades.

We do not guarantee that the Software will work with all future operating systems or hardware. See the EULA for disclaimers of warranty and limitation of liability. Support (e.g. contact for questions) is provided as described on the product/checkout page or in the app.

6. Product comparisons

Product comparisons on our website (e.g. with other software) are based on public information and are subject to change. Photomation makes no representation regarding competitor products. Always verify features and pricing on the official sites before making purchase decisions.
